Fractional SEO/GEO Lead

Job Description

Grüns is looking for a Fractional SEO/GEO Lead to build and scale organic search as a primary growth channel. This hands-on contract role spans technical SEO, content optimisation, and link building, with a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical SEO issues limiting ranking growth
- Develop keyword strategies focused on revenue-driving queries for the Shopify brand
- Create and optimise conversion-focused content for organic discovery
- Increase brand visibility in LLM responses and AI-powered discovery platforms
- Design and execute backlink strategies and track organic performance metrics

Requirements:
- 5+ years driving SEO outcomes for Shopify e-commerce brands
- Proven experience owning SEO as a primary growth channel end-to-end
- Strong proficiency in technical SEO, content strategy, and link acquisition
- Understanding of AI-powered search optimisation and GEO strategies
- Data-driven and self-directed working style with strong collaboration skills
