Head of SEO

Job Description

Hostinger is looking for a Head of SEO who leads through strategy and vision — someone who can see opportunities for innovation in the SEO function and optimises for business impact, not just rankings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the SEO team and architect an AI-native search strategy, ensuring SEO is integrated into product launches from day one
- Work across organic channels including Content, YouTube, and Localisation
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive measurable new client acquisition and revenue growth
- Build and evolve strategies for the evolving search landscape including generative AI platforms
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities across traditional and AI-powered search

Requirements:
- AI-native search fluency — you understand emerging platforms and build strategies for the evolving search landscape
- Strategic leadership with a proven ability to elevate teams and develop long-term SEO thinking
- Strong track record of driving organic growth in a B2C or SaaS environment
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and technical SEO tooling

Compensation: Gross salary from €4,400/month, with the final offer based on experience and competencies. Work from anywhere in the world — Hostinger is a fully remote-first company.
