Senior SEO Director

Job Description

uSERP is a best-in-class SEO agency seeking a Senior SEO Director to lead their growing team and scale organic growth across 70+ client accounts spanning SaaS, consumer brands, and funded startups.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee SEO strategy development across 70+ client accounts in multiple verticals
- Mentor a team of SEO managers and analysts
- Work cross-functionally with leadership to align client results with company objectives
- Lead premium link-building programmes as a core component of SEO strategy
- Conduct technical SEO audits and oversee site migrations
- Report on organic performance and communicate results to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:
- Proven experience leading SEO strategy in an agency environment
- Strong fundamentals in technical SEO, link building, and content strategy
- Experience managing and mentoring SEO teams
- Excellent communication skills — you will work directly with enterprise-level clients
- Proficiency with Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog

Salary: $60,000–$100,000 USD annually, negotiable based on experience. uSERP is a fully remote agency.
