Senior SEO/GEO Manager

Job Description

Remote.com is hiring a Senior SEO/GEO Manager to own the global organic growth strategy at the intersection of traffic acquisition and user experience. You will join the Growth team to drive the holistic health and performance of Remote's global digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the global SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) strategy
- Be the organisation's authority on technical SEO, ensuring site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and performance support long-term organic growth
- Lead a team of SEO specialists, content creators, and external vendors
- Bridge the gap between organic discovery and conversion
- Report on organic channel performance and set growth targets

Requirements:
- Several years of experience in SEO and digital marketing
- Prior experience in a leadership or team management role
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and link building
- Experience with GEO or AI search optimisation is a strong plus
