Senior SEO Specialist

Job Description

runZero is looking for a highly motivated Senior SEO Specialist to oversee and execute their SEO efforts. As the first SEO hire, you will build the SEO strategy from the ground up and play a critical role in growing the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the end-to-end SEO strategy for runZero
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes across the site
- Perform keyword research and optimise existing and new content
- Build and execute a link acquisition strategy
- Track, analyse, and report on organic performance using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and GA4
- Collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams

Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving organic growth for a B2B SaaS company
- Strong technical SEO skills including crawl analysis, log file analysis, and schema markup
- Experience with content strategy and on-page optimisation
- Proficient with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 USD plus stock options. runZero is a 100% remote company.
