Job Description

Firecrawl is a developer-focused web scraping and data extraction platform backed by Y Combinator. As SEO & GEO Specialist, you will own the full SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) strategy and execution. Responsibilities include researching what developers search for and planning content that answers their questions; mapping topic universes and designing pillar/cluster content strategies; keeping content fresh and ranking; launching content experiments, tracking performance, and scaling winners with rapid iteration; implementing schema markup and site speed optimizations for technical SEO; generating and polishing AI-assisted content drafts; editing contributor posts; building automation flows to systemize repetitive tasks; and coordinating the content machine end-to-end. You should be ready to write technical content yourself when needed. The role offers high autonomy to own the entire SEO and content domain with freedom to experiment. Salary: 0,000–30,000/year + equity (0.10%–0.30%), based on impact. Remote in US time zones.
