SEO / ORM Team Leader & Lead Strategist

Job Description

Reputation Management Consultants (RMC) is a reputation management firm serving high-profile individuals, executives, politicians, celebrities, and Fortune 1000 companies. The SEO / ORM Team Leader & Lead Strategist leads client account management, team supervision, and campaign strategy development with significant autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts across reputation management and SEO campaigns
- Stay current with reputation management and organic search trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools
- Supervise and mentor SEO and ORM analysts
- Produce monthly performance reports demonstrating client results and campaign progress
- Develop comprehensive campaign strategies combining technical SEO, content optimisation, and reputation management tactics
- Communicate proactively with clients and provide consultative guidance
- Maintain strict confidentiality for high-profile clients including executives and public figures

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard SEO tools
- Strong SEO knowledge across technical, on-page, and off-page disciplines
- Project management capability across multiple concurrent deadlines
- Autonomous work style in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem-solving and brand management expertise
- Vendor management experience
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Basic PR knowledge
- Strong organisational skills and team leadership experience

Salary: up to $80,000 USD annually. This is a fully remote, US-based full-time position.
