Job Description

Fire&Spark is a full-service digital marketing agency that helps brands grow through search engine optimization, content marketing, and data-driven strategy. We are seeking an experienced SEO Strategist to join our fully remote team.

This is a remote position. All applicants must be available to work between 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. EST.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client projects to identify risks, challenges, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and adapt SEO strategies tailored to diverse clients across multiple industries
- Serve as the primary resource and authority on SEO strategy guidance for team members and clients
- Collaborate with analysts to create actionable deliverables and comprehensive audits
- Plan and execute link-building campaigns that improve domain authority and rankings
- Maintain strong client relationships with clear and regular communication
- Leverage tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Deepcrawl
- Stay current with algorithm updates and SEO best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results
- Demonstrated client management track record in an agency setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with project management tools and workflows
- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
