Job Description
We Share is a faith-based nonprofit addressing healthcare affordability in America, offering a member-to-member health sharing program that provides access to over 1.2 million physicians at lower costs than traditional insurance. The organization is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to lead enterprise digital acquisition strategy across SEO, SEM, and performance channels.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the digital consumer acquisition strategy across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, display, email, and video advertising
- Build full-funnel marketing approaches that align brand awareness with performance media and direct-response outcomes
- Lead paid media efforts across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging platforms with hands-on campaign optimization
- Manage creative development and end-to-end digital campaign execution for new member acquisition
- Oversee multi-million dollar digital marketing budgets with rigorous performance tracking and ROI accountability
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and attribution models measuring acquisition effectiveness across all digital channels
- Manage both internal campaign teams and external agency relationships
- Translate digital performance data into strategic insights for executive stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of management experience in digital marketing and demand generation
- Proven success leading multi-channel digital programs with demonstrated acquisition results
- Deep expertise with Meta and Google platforms including Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of SEO strategy and search engine marketing best practices
Salary: 40,000-50,000 USD per year.
